Founded and operated by Daisey Brown, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). Be Well Functional Health provides nutritional therapy, functional health support, nutrition and lifestyle education, functional laboratory testing, and targeted supplement recommendations.
Although these businesses collaborate under the Be Well Collective Chiropractic + Health brand and may operate from the same location, they are separate and independently operated businesses.
